Candy Lo is one of the better female artists around, although she is often underrated and overlooked by the industry in favour of the more younger, cuter girls around (with less talent). A shame, as Candy Lo has a great voice and her songs actually have meanings instead of the usual drivel.

Sammi brings out her long awaited Mandarin album. Sammi has brought with her a group of talented musicians into producing this album, and the quality of the music is reflected in this new release. A must-have for all Sammi fans.

Faye Wong

To Love is Faye's new major Mandarin album this year, and it is in preparation for this Christmas when she will perform at the HK Coliseum in an 8-day concert tour. This album was researched for over two years by Faye and includes songs written by Nicholas Tse. There's also a VCD and other goodies.

A compilation album from the Emperor Entertainment Group which includes artists such as Nicholas Tse, Joey Yung, Twins, Boyz, Yumiko, Eason Chan, Edison Chen etc. Basically it's just a CD full of these artists' current chart hits.

MIRIAM'S MELODIES
Miriam Yeung

This double-CD has a chock full of Miriam's previous hits (for those who don't already own her CDs, and also has a brand new CD full of new songs. There's also other promotional stuff thrown in for the fans. Well, that's called packaging.

This double-CD offers fans hits from her previous five albums and includes a grand total of 5 new songs. To be honest, I don't really know who she is, so can't really recommend her songs.

JADE FORWARD
Jade Kwan

Jade Kwan releases her new Cantonese album that includes the theme songs to the commercials that she made. Jade is one of the more above average singers around, and one believes that she has her work cut out to even break into the top group of female artists.

GAMES
Leo Ku

Leo Ku was a television presenter turned singer. The good thing is that he can actually sing, but the bad thing was that during the start of his career he was up against the four heaven kings at their peak. Leo had spent a lot of energy into this singing, but seeing as it didn't pay off, he concentrated on his acting instead. Now, fresh off his success with Princess Pearl 3, he has come around for another stab at his singing career, even planning on a live tour.

ONE 2 THREE
Yumiko Cheng

Miss Yumiko Cheng (the one who has no singing talent) continues to churn out album after album with the financial backing of EEG. The sad thing is that people are so enamoured about her, when she has not one ounce of talent, and fans continue to buy her albums. Hell, the Twins are music gods compared to her. Her voice sounds really dodgy when live, and even on her CDs her voice sounds too low and bassy. Don't see the fascination.

HIDDEN TRACK
Jay Chou

This is the album to the new film Hidden Track which Jay Chou guest stars. The album has two songs which is in the movie - called "Track" and "Broken String". There is also an 11 track music video VCD included in this special edition.

Karena Lam

Karena Lam is out to prove that she is not just one of the best new actresses around, but a very good singer as well. There are the theme songs to Truth or Dare, and Floating Landscape on the CD, as well as plenty of new songs that shows off the vocal talents of Miss Lam. In my opinion, she sounds very much like another top singer - Faye Wong.

PRISCILLA CHAN LIVE 2003
Priscilla Chan

Priscilla Chan was one of those darling female popstars during the 80s who was adored by many people. Sadly, she had left the music scene to concentrate on her family, but now she is back again. She signed a new contract with Universe records and delighted her fans by performing in a recent concert. Most of her old hits were sung by her at the concert along with new songs. If you're a fan of Priscilla, don't miss this.

Gigi Leung

If you loved the soundtrack to the recent Gigi Leung film, Turn Left, Turn Right, then this is a must for you, as it includes all the songs and music from that romantic comedy.

Joey Yung is about to undertake her Show Up concert tour which will commence in October. Her record company has decided to cash in on this tour and release this album to accompany the concert which includes all her latest songs for fans who want to be kept up to breast of things.
